This statement covers all areas of The Peaceful Pack, Inc.'s web site, located at www.thepeacefulpack.com and www.thewayofthepack.com (hereinafter referred to as "site"). The information collection practices covered by this statement refer to information an individual provides to The Peaceful Pack, Inc. outside of the individual's trade, business of profession (hereinafter referred to as "information"). This website does not collect personally identifiable information from your computer when you browse this website and request pages from our servers. There are two forms of information that The Peaceful Pack, Inc. collects online: site visitorship information and personal information voluntarily provided to The Peaceful Pack, Inc. by site visitors. Personal information is collected only when site visitors voluntarily provide it.
Site Visitorship Information

Personal Information
Personal information is collected on certain pages of the site. When we need to collect personally identifiable information from you to provide you with a particular service we will ask you to voluntarily supply us with the information we need. For example, if you decide to contact The Peaceful Pack, Inc. online to ask a question or learn more about our services, you may find these contact forms may ask for your name, e-mail, and street address, telephone number, and other information to assist us in providing you with a high level of service. Personal information is also used to set up user accounts which enable you to look at your pictures and compile your print order. In the future, The Peaceful Pack, Inc. may ask you to provide personal information, some optional, some required, on specific pages of the site, such as during ecommerce transactions. We will use your e-mail address to send a confirmation and, if necessary, might use the other information to contact you for help to process the request or send related information. Creating a Personal Account
If you choose to use The Peaceful Pack, Inc. to photograph your pet, you may create a personal account to assist in creating your print orders. This account would enable you to have secure on-line access to your pictures, and may contain information such as your preferred photographs, most memorable moments, etc. Creating a personal account makes it more convenient for you to make requests and to view your images. It will also allow us to inform you about special offers and promotions that may be of interest to you. In addition, if you choose, you can include credit card information in your account. Your credit card information will be used for subsequent orders to increase request or purchase speed and eliminate the need for you to repeatedly enter your credit card information. The security of this information is addressed in security section below. As this becomes functional you will be able access and review, update or deactivate your personal account information on-line.
The Peaceful Pack, Inc. Account Communications and Use of Account Information
We use the information you provide about yourself online to provide you with information about The Peaceful Pack, Inc. and promotions that may be of interest to you. Your information may be shared with our employees, independent contractors, agents, and/or business partners acting on our behalf to fulfill your order or award, collect payments, or to provide a product or service you have requested. We do not share this information with entities not associated with The Peaceful Pack, Inc. except to the extent necessary to complete your transaction and, when we do share it, it is subject to their agreement to treat it as confidential business information and with the understanding that it may not be used for any purpose other than to perform their specified function.

Pixel Tags
The Peaceful Pack, Inc. and any third party service providers it may employ use pixel tags (also known as "clear gifs", "beacon gifs", etc.). Pixel tags are not visible to the user of the site and consist of a few lines of computer coding delivered with the web page. Pixel tags are not used to collect any personally identifiable information about you. The Peaceful Pack, Inc. and our e-mail service provider use pixel tags to:
o Track customer response to The Peaceful Pack, Inc. advertisements and site content;
o Determine your ability to receive HTML-based e-mail messages. Our e-mail service provider includes a pixel tag, which they refer to as a "coded sensor", in all of the HTML-based messages sent on our behalf. The sensor activates when the e-mail message is opened and flags the e-mail address of the user as one that is capable of receiving HTML-based e-mail messages. This capability helps our service provider to send the e-mail in a format you can read. The sensor does not collect or use any other information. If you cannot receive HTML, you will not receive a functioning sensor;
o Know how many users open an e-mail and allow our service provider to compile aggregated statistics about an e-mail campaign for us; and
o Allow us to better target interactive advertising, enhance customer support and site usability, and provide offers and promotions that we believe would be of interest to you.
E-Mails about Special Offers and Promotions and Opt-Out
It is our intention to only send you e-mail communications that will be useful to you and that you want to receive. When you create a personal account or provide us with your email address, we will periodically contact you via e-mail and provide information about special events, news, and other related information that may be of interest to you.
